WHY?

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am an AfN registered associate nutritionist and yoga teacher specializing in gut health, 

I work one to one with a range of clients from different backgrounds, helping them to improve their gut symptoms, to manage their IBS, and to improve their relationship with food. 

Taking a non-judgmental approach, we work together to empower you with the tools and strategies to better manage your health.  If you’re looking for a list of foods to cut out of your diet, I’m sorry. I can’t help you there. 

We’re not here for deprivation. And no, having irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or digestive issues doesn’t automatically mean we need to cut out loads of foods. My approach looks at the lifestyle as a whole rather than just simply cutting things out. You see, there’s much more to gut discomfort and IBS than just the food we’re eating

Using both nutrition and improving lifestyle habits such as sleep, movement and stress management we’ll find the best approach to suit you, fitting it into your busy lifestyle
