We’re not here for deprivation. And no, having irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or digestive issues doesn’t automatically mean we need to cut out loads of foods. My approach looks at the lifestyle as a whole rather than just simply cutting things out. You see, there’s much more to gut discomfort and IBS than just the food we’re eating
