Hello, my name is Sarah!

No, I am not obsessed with figs…. F.I.G. Nutrition stands for Food Is Good! And I help you to learn to befriend food instead of fearing it.

I am a nutritionist and yoga teacher specializing in disordered eating, gut health and irritable bowel syndrome. 

Combining nutrition, yoga and mindfulness, I love to support people like you to a life of food freedom and a happy tummy.

As someone who has suffered with IBS, I have experienced the pain of elimination diets, food fear and anxiety, along with the prison of ‘gut friendly’ food rules which played havoc with my relationship to food and body image. Read about my experience here.
