The Food Is Good Club is a monthly membership which will help you to befriend food instead of fearing it, the missing puzzle piece to freeing yourself from digestive discomfort.
We’ll meet at the start of each month on zoom for an interactive educational session based on our chosen theme. This will set you up for your monthly task before we meet for our Q&A session at the middle of the month.
Between sessions, you can connect with others in our community space where we’ll share wins and work through challenges together. We’ll have one live yoga session a month based on our theme.
This membership is different as it combines a unique blend of nutrition and mindfulness.
You’ll discover how to use a regular yoga practice to support your journey to better gut health without food guilt. Because you know as well as I do, that everything is connected.
